US Patent:
20220255760, Aug 11, 2022
Filed:
Apr 29, 2022
Appl. No.:
17/732778
Inventors:
- Mountain View CA, US
Richard DUNN - Mountain View CA, US
Anton VOLKOV - Mountain View CA, US
Adam RODRIGUEZ - Mountain View CA, US
Assignee:
Google LLC - Mountain View CA
International Classification:
H04L 9/32
H04L 9/40
Abstract:
Permission control and management for messaging application bots is described. A method can include providing a messaging application, on a first computing device associated with a first user, to enable communication between the first user and another user, and detecting, at the messaging application, a user request. The method can also include programmatically determining that an action in response to the user request requires access to data associated with the first user, and causing a permission interface to be rendered in the messaging application, the permission interface enabling the first user to approve or prohibit access to the data associated with the first user. The method can include accessing the data associated with the first user and performing the action in response to the user request, upon receiving user input from the first user indicating approval of the access to the data associated with the first user.

Dashboard Attachment Device

US Patent:
20200339042, Oct 29, 2020
Filed:
Jan 2, 2019
Appl. No.:
16/958122
Inventors:
- Camarillo CA, US
Lynette ROSS - Palo Alto CA, US
Stephen SENATORE - San Francisco CA, US
Adam RODRIGUEZ - Hacienda Heights CA, US
Assignee:
Xirgo Technologies, LLC - Camarillo CA
International Classification:
B60R 11/04
Abstract:
A dashboard attachment device is disclosed for mounting an electronic device within a vehicle. The dashboard attachment device is installed between at least two interior surfaces of a vehicle (e.g., a windshield and a dashboard). The dashboard attachment device may have a wedge shape to fit the intersection between the two interior surfaces. A beam or arm extends away from a base portion of the dashboard attachment device to a mount portion. The mount portion may be used to mount an electronic device that may include one or more sensors directed to the vehicle's environment and/or to position the electronic device in the vehicle operator's field of view to aid the operator (e.g., with navigation). The mount may be interchangeable subject to the interface to the electronic device. The dashboard attachment device may include an adherence point to secure the dashboard attachment device to one or both of the interior surfaces. The shape of the dashboard attachment device may be tapered to minimize its weight and profile. The dashboard attachment device may include cable routing facilities to route a cable between the electronic device to the vehicle's electrical or computer systems.

US Patent:
20150072255, Mar 12, 2015
Filed:
Jun 5, 2014
Appl. No.:
14/297509
Inventors:
- Loughborough, GB
Tibor Fabian - Mountain View CA, US
Tobin J. Fisher - San Francisco CA, US
Jonathan Louis Glassman - Indianapolis IN, US
Andrew Gust Peterson - San Francisco CA, US
Adam Rodriguez - San Francisco CA, US
Russell Barton - New Westminster, CA
International Classification:
H01M 8/06
H01M 8/04
US Classification:
429423
Abstract:
A pump assembly including a first subassembly and a second subassembly. The first subassembly includes a fluid conduit; an inlet fluidly coupled to the liquid reactant dispenser and the fluid conduit; an outlet fluidly coupled to a reaction chamber and the fluid conduit; and a diaphragm, defining a portion of the fluid conduit, that flexes to pump the liquid reactant from the inlet to the outlet. The diaphragm preferably includes an actuation point coupled to the diaphragm, wherein the liquid reactant is substantially contained within the first subassembly during pumping. The second subassembly is couplable to the first subassembly, and is fluidly isolated from the liquid reactant. The second subassembly includes an actuator that couples to the actuation point, wherein operation of the actuator causes pumping action.
