I am an active realtor that maily represents buyers. I have been a real estate licensee since 1990 and I have been continous licensed since then. I have not had a single complaint or disciplinary action against my license since I became a realtor. I am also a loan officer specializing in conventional financing on residential 1-4 units. I hold a valid notary license and do sign all my loan docs along with my clients. I am fast and efficient as long as I get everything I need from my clients. I became a realtor because when I bought my first home at 20 years old, my realtor did lousey job explaining the process of the real estate transaction and since that was not going to be my only purchase in my life time, I went to school and became a licensed realtor.
