David Medina has been involved in Real Estate for over 20 years. He has served in the residential as well as commercial arena and has been a Broker/Owner for the past 10 years. During his tenure with these companies, he leveraged his leadership skills to lead, motivate, and manage a cohesive team of 60 Realtors, agents and administrative staff, who in turn oversaw over 1,000 real estate clients. He specialized in turning-around challenging operational situations into opportunities for growth. His former Tampa office, part of the Latino Financial Center included Realtors and staff members who were bilingual and bi cultural and who catered to the needs of the Hispanic population. David was a Regional Director of Multicultural Services, with Stewart Title Guaranty. His background & expertise were complimented by the excellent, vibrant organization of committed and dedicated individuals, who served the needs of the varied ethnic populations in the Southeast region of the US. David served as President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals of Tampa Bay. During his tenure it had the largest membership of all the chapters in the state of Fl. Through determined leadership, constant diligence and member cooperation, the chapter has continually grown and recognized its obligation to the professionals who serve the real estate needs of the Latino population and continues to be at the forefront of leadership in the Tampa Bay area. David served on the Board of Directors of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). With this appointment David brought his background & experience to a new level of community service. Working with elected representatives from Fortune 500 companies who represented a broad scope of experience in community affairs, he was fortunate enough to be able to contribute to the mission & the obligation the NAHREP organization is dedicated to accomplish.
