Broad expertise in a variety of immunological assays required to understand the biology of autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases and cancer, including but not limited to fluorescence-based and magnetic (bead-based) cell separation and sorting, FACS analysis, cytokine quantification (ELISA, multiplex), quantitative PCR-based gene expression, primary mouse and human cell isolation, and T cell-based assays, tissue culture and variety of in vitro cellular assays (e.g. proliferation, apoptosis, etc).
