I’ve always had a love for all things real estate. Much of my childhood was spent looking through books of house plans, touring old homes with my grandfather. While other kids were drawing castles and tanks in their grade school notebooks I was doodling blueprints and elevation drawings in mine. In the past I’ve owned and managed rental properties, remodeled a few homes and built and sold several spec homes. After years of being the "go to guy" for friends and family with real estate questions I realized that I really enjoyed sharing my love of real estate with others. One night I had an "Ah-Ha" moment during a conversation with a friend and I asked my wife what she thought abut my becoming a real estate agent. Her exact words were "Duh, of course you should do that." A short time later I had my license and I've loved every minute of it. When I'm not "Marc Hughes Realty" I'm "Dad". I have 3 kids, triplets, and as much as I love real estate it is a distant second on my list of favorite jobs.
