System, Method And Computer Program Product For Recognizing A State Of A Remote Application

View page
US Patent:
20030080994, May 1, 2003
Filed:
Aug 28, 2001
Appl. No.:
09/942263
Inventors:
Dmitriy Yepishin - Fremont CA, US
Asad Zaidi - Newark CA, US
Vladimir Soskov - Castro Valley CA, US
Quinton Zondervan - Boston MA, US
Shailesh Garg - Fremont CA, US
Rodolfo Fernandez - Boston MA, US
Jonathan Rochez - Livermore CA, US
International Classification:
G09G005/00
US Classification:
345/738000
Abstract:
A system, method, and computer program product are provided for recognizing a state based on a current output. Current output is retrieved from a remote application utilizing a network, the current output corresponding to a state of the remote application. An output structure description of the remote state is generated. The output structure definition is compared to a pre-defined state definition of a recorded state for determining whether the state of the remote application corresponds to the recorded state. A system, method, and computer program product are also provided for recognizing a remote state utilizing individual document recognition. First, a plurality of documents are received. An attempt to recognize each of the documents as being associated with a predetermined state is made. A state is identified based on the recognition of the documents.

International Classification:
G06F015/16
G06F015/173
US Classification:
709/223000, 709/203000
Abstract:
A system, method and computer program product are provided for replaying a pattern for transitioning from one state to another state. A request to transition from a current state in a pattern to a new state is received. Information about transitioning is retrieved from the pattern. Scripting code of the current state is evaluated. An action is executed using the scripting code for effecting the transition from the current state to the new state. An output from the new state is generated and sent to a user device. A system, method, and computer program product are also provided for replaying a pattern for transitioning from one state to another state in a remote application. A request to transition from a current state in a pattern to a new state is received. An action is executed for effecting the transition from the current state in the remote application to the new state in the remote application utilizing the pattern. The new state is output to a user device. A method is also provided for identifying a dynamic element and replaying a dynamic event. A web browser is hosted. A web page of a network site is rendered using the web browser. A dynamic element with pre-specified properties is identified on the rendered web page. The identified element is executed based on a prerecorded pattern. A web page resulting from execution of the element is output.

Filed:
Jun 3, 2020
Appl. No.:
16/892174
Inventors:
- Redwood City CA, US
Henning Schmiedehausen - Los Altos CA, US
Chi Lap Hoang - Belmont CA, US
Rodolfo Gentini Fernandez - San Mateo CA, US

International Classification:
G06F 16/22
G06F 16/25
Abstract:
A multi-tenant system, comprises a main storage system including: a monolithic database storing global records associated with global objects, each global object including global fields common for all tenants; a monolithic application configured to process a particular global record storage request by instructing the monolithic database to store particular global field values of the particular global record for a particular tenant, and to process a particular global record fetch request by instructing the monolithic database to retrieve the one or more particular global field values; a custom object storage system including: a custom object database configured to store custom records associated with one or more custom objects, each custom object including one or more custom fields for a tenant; a custom object record service configured to process a particular custom record storage request by instructing the custom object database to store one or more particular custom field values for the tenant, and to process a particular custom record fetch request by instructing the custom object database to retrieve the one or more particular custom field values; and a query engine configured to receive a query, fetch relevant global records from the monolithic database, fetch relevant custom records from the custom object database, and generate a query response.
