Skills:
Have had over twenty five years experience working with the Lation popultion. I am a Spanish Speaker having spent four years living and working in Cental America. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescences and their families. I have treated most chidhood disorders including; ADHD, ADD, ODD, autistic spectrum disorders, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. I am familiar with most treatment modalities. I do rely most heavily on problem solving, solution focused, and family based therapy. I help my families learn good prenting skills that can resolve a lot of behavioral problems with their children. My goal is to build and strengthen marriages, improve child-parent relationships, and resolve personal identity and family conflicts. I understand the struggles that face Latino immigrants and their children as they assimilate into the American culture.
