About:
I look at the economy as the sentiment of people rather than numbers. Recognizing we are in a humanitarian crisis (families losing jobs, security, homes, investments) is where recovery begins.
Rebuilding everything that makes up our lives is what will happen over the next decade. How we look as a society will change from what we were leading up to the crash. Like any devastating crash of vehicle or economy, the events that preceded the collision will be evaluated and causes determined. When blame action turns to acceptance we will be on our way to rebuilding.
During this rebuilding experience, look for make smart real estate insight to make sound decisions. Trulia has some of the data to be part of the solution---but dig a little deeper to find the most value.

Description:
Inspired to build a business around my interest in customer service, community, and contracts, I acquired my real estate license at the end of 1988 at the age of 29. My first customers were friends of mine in their 20's and 30's looking to own their first homes. Quickly more of my clients were people on the move with young families and growing careers. Folks moving in and out of the area, and in some cases back again, have become good friends and loyal, satisfied clients; we've grown up together and these people have been giving my name to friends and co-workers for more than 25 years now. We've worked together buying and selling real estate while primarily in South Central Wisconsin, we've also been to counties all over the state. It's common for me to be asked to help with recreation property, rural land, and vacation homes or income property. Around 2008 I noticed a trend toward another type of real estate client, and a very serious kine of transaction: selling a person's last home. People who trust me for good reason look to me to help their parents sell their home as they move to another community with necessary support systems. Another trend is underway today. The children my generation brought from the hospitals to our first homes are turning 26, 27, 28… They're buying their first homes and their parents are sending them to me---their family Realtor. My business has come full circle... and I'm happy to still be part of the process.
