A voracious reader. I enjoy both fiction and nonfiction. I especially like history, historically based fiction and science fiction with the occasional adventure and mystery novel thrown in for fun.
I also have a passion for the sea, and for sailing. To that end we currently own a 29’ Sloop rigged 2000 Hunter 290. She is currently on the hard for her long winter's sleep at a marina in Riverside N.J., but we plan to sail her north to her new home port in South Portland, Maine in the spring of 2013. We are so passionate about the water and sailing that we are currently looking at larger sailing vessels in the 35’ to 40’ range with the idea of actually cruising the coastal areas during our time off. I hold ASA sailing certifications 101, 102 and 104.
