Heh, My name is Dennis DePape. You may have met me while attending one of the 4 professional credit hour classes I teach for real estate agents. I have been licensed as an architect in Washington for 24 years. Most of my practise is focussed on residential projects. We design small and large addtions and small and large houses (1,200-10,000 sf,) Sometimes we provide valuable consulting to your clients who are trying to decide if they should remodel a house that they live in our are thinking of buying. Many clients also hire us to discover if a lot will really work for their project at a reasonable price. Fortunately we have shown people how their first choice would not suit them and how their 2nd and 3rd choices were superior. We usually provide this service to your clients on an hourly basis. When I am playing I like to blow glass. I have advanced my skills enough that I occassionally sell some of my work. Sometimes I donate to fund raisers. For many years I have volunteered as a Planning Commissioner, Chair of a Building Committee, Chair of the Downtown Task Force in Kenmore. For our last project we wrote up a Transit Oriented District that will provide many market rate and affordable housing units along with commercial services.
