Predistortion And Post-Distortion Correction Of Both A Receiver And Transmitter During Calibration

View page
US Patent:
8126036, Feb 28, 2012
Filed:
Jun 21, 2008
Appl. No.:
12/143771
Inventors:
Doron Koren - Jacksonville FL, US
Assignee:
Vyycore Corporation - Santa Clara CA
International Classification:
H04B 1/38
US Classification:
375219, 370276, 455 73, 710 1
Abstract:
A post-distorter compensates for receiver nonlinearity in calibration mode. Linearized receiver-side output from the post-distorter is used to correctly compensate for transmitter-side nonlinearities in calibration mode. The post-distorter also compensates for receiver-side nonlinearities during normal receive mode. Thus, the post-distorter features dual modes of use, a calibration mode, wherein calibration signals received from the adjacent transmitter are linearized by the post-distorter and a normal receive mode, wherein communication signals from a remote transmitter are linearized by the post-distorter.

US Patent:
20040150240, Aug 5, 2004
Filed:
Feb 5, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/358300
Inventors:
Doron Koren - Jacksonville FL, US
International Classification:
B60P003/34
US Classification:
296/026010
Abstract:
Recreational Vehicle (RV) are usually a trailer or a bus size vehicle used for camping or traveling, that is fully self contained, and contains all the amenities like a home, such as kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, shower, and living room etc. However due to DMV restrictions, those vehicles can't be wider than a certain size, usually 8 feet. Another reason for the width limitation is for the safety of the transporter(s) and traffic. If the vehicle is too wide it makes it unsafe and hard to maneuver. That is the reason coach and RV manufacturers try to produce an 8 feet wide RV that expands, so the extra space when parked gives more living area. The invention hereof offers an alternative way to double the available living space by having a floor plan feature counter-double slide out which enable us to provide a more spacious and free flowing transportable dwelling unit, which maximizes the consumers ability to have the extras that the conventional Slide-out arrangement doesn't offer.
