It is my priority as a full service Realtor specializing in the Fairfax County, Alexandria, Woodbridge, Lorton and Springfield areas, to provide superior service and respect at all times to families and individuals in need of Real Estate guidance. I am a member of the Council of Residential Specialists and anticipate earning the most prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the end of 2009. I am also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Multi- Million Dollar Sales Club Member for 2007-2008, as well as recipient of the Quality Service Award for 2008. I grew up in Georgia, and graduated from North Georgia College and State University with Honors, a B.S. in Psychology, and a Minor in Photography in 1997. This is also where I met and married my husband and began a life as an Army wife, and later Air Force wife. We settled our family in Alexandria, Virginia in 2003 as we re-joined civilian life. I serve as a Board Member in our Community Association, and we have two sons which keep me active with the School System, Baseball League, and Youth Lacrosse League. I consider Northern Virginia and the D.C. area to be an incomparable place to live and raise a family. I would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods, recreational and cultural opportunities that the region provides. I pride myself on providing unparalleled customer service. Inspired by my experiences and theory that the real estate consumers' needs have changed from the offerings of traditional big box real estate franchises, I created @home, the very first real estate lounge & design center in the world--a family owned boutique real estate firm that is a more comfortable, but high tech lounge environment (instead of stuffy offices/cubicles/bad fluorescent lighting we have cozy fireplaces and hot cocoa) and a design center complete with granite, flooring, tile, paint samples and more. "It's like negotiating a deal from my best friend's house...." says one client.A prior Military Spouse, a photographer, a mother of two very active athletic boys, and a fitness professional...but never too busy to help someone else through one of the most stressful periods in their life~relocating. Often can be seen driving around town in a bright red H2 Hummer with my name on it--which has been featured in stories on WAMU radio twice. :0)
