As a result, she has on many occasions advised buyers against making a purchase when it wouldn't be in their best interests. At the same time, she has the knowledge and experience to assist her sellers in preparing, staging, and decorating their homes for the most appealing presentation. She attributes much of her success to her attention to detail, listening well, using clear and timely communication to prevent problems and the ability to develop a good working rapport with nearly everyone. She finds that doing it right the first time eliminates the problems and conflicts that can plague real estate transactions. She enjoys working with people of all ages and income brackets, and says that one reason she loves real estate sales is the variety.
