A poultry waterer for use as a liquid feeder comprising a conventional bucket as a container, combined with a pan feeder having an opening formed therein, wherein a vacuum is formed within the container during assembly and overturning of same to aid in tightly holding the bucket and feeder together, liquid escaping into the waterer through the opening after the assembly is overturned.

Abstract:
An outdoor feeder for game birds and the like in which the feeder pan extends below and beyond the body of the feeder. A shield which is fastened to the body by a unique and relatively rain-proof joint extends beyond the pan to protect it, and an adjustable ring on the bottom of the body of the feeder controls both the amount of feed in the pan and the space between the ring and the bottom of the pan. The pan is adjustably fastened to the body of the feeder to adapt the feeder to differing varieties of game birds.

A stock watering tank has side and end walls and a bottom adapted to rest upon a support surface, and a plurality of pocket indentations formed symmetrically about the base of the walls. A stake device is received in each pocket to hold down the tank against movement.
