I launched my Real Estate career in 1985 as a Closing Agent with a Florida based Real Estate Developer, Resort Development International. This initial role found me notarizing signatures and witnessing closings of Vacation Properties, Lots, Interval Ownership/Time Share, and Campground Site sales. Through 2005, I accepted progressive roles with two major industry competitors, maintaining a primary focus on Marketing and highlighting my career as Director of Marketing with Fairfield Resorts. As travel demands increased and an acquisition/merger with Wyndham Resorts and Fairfield Resorts began to come together in 2005, I made a decision to focus on a more traditional Real Estate practice; Residential, Building & Development, Multi-Family Property, and Commercial Real Estate sales in the State of Wisconsin. Becoming licensed as a REALTOR® in 2007 and Real Estate Broker in 2012, I was associated with Stark Company Realtors, a Dane County based Real Estate Company, RE/MAX Grand of Baraboo, Wisconsin, and currently affiliated with RE/MAX Preferred, a Madison based RE/MAX franchise with eleven office locations and over 72 licensed REALTORS®. RE/MAX is an International Real Estate Franchise Company and each Brokerage is independently owned and operated. Since 2010 I am the recipient of Stark Company Realtors’ President’s Club Award, and a two time recipient of the RE/MAX Executive Club Award . I have earned the Military Relocation Professional certification and am currently working toward Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified Residential Specialist Designations. I cultivate relationships with both Buyers and Sellers. I work to create individualized Marketing Campaigns for each Seller to accommodate their unique needs. I offer Buyer Agency representation to help Buyers make informed decisions regarding the purchase of Real Estate based on their needs and desire to achieve “The American Dream” of owning Real Estate. My community involvement in the American Legion Auxiliary and Baraboo Boys & Girls Club along with previous association with the American Red Cross, Lutheran Pioneers, Baraboo Blue Line Club (High School Hockey) and Baraboo Rotary allow me to “give back” to my community in unique and fulfilling ways.
