Policy Analysis and Resource 
was designed to take a fresh look at how we map and measure science
in the 'knowledge-driven economy' - taking account of changing views
of innovation, of the dynamics of knowledge production, and of increased
demands for public participation and accountability.

ISSC There was one project under the PARIS programme, International Social Science Comparisons (ISSC), funded by the UK Economic and Social Research Council, and by BMF+B for contributory work from Germany.
